If you need blood tests, you need to go to the Certe laboratory. You must always make an appointment! More information about making an appointment can be found at the Certe website.
Certe has two main locations in Groningen:

Costs
Without Dutch Health Insurance
If you are NOT insured in the Netherlands, you have to pay for tests.
With Dutch Health insurance
If you have a Dutch health insurance, tests at Certe will be at the expense of your “own risk”. If you have spent your own risk in a given year, it won’t cost you anything.
