Ordering repeat prescriptions by telephone
Only for ordering repeat prescriptions, please call +31 (0) 50 318 10 23.
You can request repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Since it takes two working days for the pharmacy to prepare your medication, we advise you to request your medication at least a few days before you run out of it.
Please note that it is important to clearly mention:
- your full name
- date of birth
- telephone number
- name of your medication,
- dosage (for example 100 milligram)
- how often you need to take it (for example twice a day).
Collecting medication
The prescription will usually be sent electronically to the pharmacy. You can go to your pharmacy to collect your medication. You can usually collect your medication after two days.
